THE PRAGUE CITY COUNCIL AND PRAGUE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY WILL MEET IN SPECIAL JOINT SESSION IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PRAGUE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 820 N JIM THORPE BLVD., PRAGUE, OKLAHOMA, ON MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2016 AT 6:30 P.M.  NOTICE GIVEN AND POSTED AT PRAGUE MUNICIPAL BUILDING ON FRIDAY, APRIL 22, 2016.
